Sir,

 

As per our earlier discussion with Mr.Kumerasen for your Website maintenance, here we give a quotation for AMC of your website as per your requirement.

 

 

Package Details:

 

I. Our package includes:

 

01.   AMC (Annual maintenance charges) Yearly charges Rs. 3000. Yearly (Rupees three thousand only). For one year only.

02.   a) 2 company wallpapers design.

b) Unlimited Royalty free images.

c) Unlimited pages & Forms.
d) Unlimited revisions & changes within project delivery period.

e) Unlimited updating.          

03.   Basic SEO and SEM

 

II. Additional options (Extra Charge):     

 

01.   Data Backup charges for database in server = Rs. 1500 yearly (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only)

02.   Advanced SEO & Internet marketing = Rs. 6000 yearly (Rupees six  thousand only) including detailed report

03.   Setup Google and put other ads for online earning through your website = Rs. 1000 only (Rupees one thousand only) onetime payment.

04.   Special Discount Offer: If you buy all the above 3 services with this offer, we can discount Rs.500 from this total amount Rs.8,500 (8,500 – 500 = 8000 Rs)

05.   Internet Advertisements for your website, text links in google search, yahoo search & MSN search and banner ads in some websites for minimum Rs. 500 + one time setup fee Rs. 2000 (totally Rupees two thousand and five hundred only) for each search engine.

06.   Additional Programs like live chat, forum, shopping cart, SMS alert, live video streaming, CMS, CRM, multi language website (Tamil, Telugu, French, German…) and many more… will be done for extra amount.

 

 

III. Terms & Conditions:

 

01.   Validity: This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

02.   AMC period = One year (12 Months)

03.   We start your work only after advance payment and issue a purchase order from you for order confirmation.

04.   Delivery: Maximum 5 days for first beta version demo.

05.   Service calls during AMC period will be attended by our programmer at Madurai. Only changes done through email and direct through your staff.

06.   Payment: 50 % advance & balance against delivery as DD or cheques payable at Madurai. Outstation cheques can add Rs.100 extra.  

07.   Responsibility: Our responsibility in AMC will be rectifying the problem and changes in website and does not cover data safety and recovery. This AMC does not cover additional programming options.

08.   Lifetime email and telephone support.

09.   Fund is not refundable & transferable at any stage and any time.

10.   All correspondence should be through email and chat only.

11.   AMC does not cover space renewal charges and additional programming charges.

12.   Please do not share your admin, ftp and cpanel username and passwords to others.
